We are looking for a specialist who has strong UX design skills and deep expertise in web analytics. You will leverage data to inform design decisions, optimize user experiences, and drive measurable business outcomes. This role sits at the intersection of design, analytics and product strategy, ideal for professionals who enjoy turning user behavior insights into actionable design solutions.
You will work closely with designers, developers, project and product managers to improve digital experiences, increase conversions, and ensure that every interaction is user-centred and data-driven.
Job Description- Conduct websites and apps review to identify usability issues and recommend actionable improvements
- Create low- and high-fidelity prototypes based on analytics and user research to visualize design solutions
- Develop user personas, journey maps, and user flows based on behavioral data
- Conduct usability testing and research to validate design decisions and optimize user experience
- Analyze Google Analytics data to determine user behavior, identify usability issues, and highlight growth opportunities
- Set up and configure Google Tag Manager tags or similar tracking systems to monitor key user actions, funnel progression, goal completion, etc.
- Plan, conduct, and interpret A/B tests to optimize existing features and guide the implementation of new ones
- Develop reports, dashboards, and metrics
- Partner with product managers, designers, developers, and marketing specialists to align design solutions with business goals
- Present findings, prototypes, and data-driven recommendations to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
- 3+ years of experience in UX/UI design with demonstrable experience in data-driven design
- Expertise in modern design tools (e.g., Figma, Adobe XD)
- Confident knowledge of Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Hotjar, etc.
- Experience running and analyzing A/B tests to inform decision-making
- Proficiency in Google Sheets and Excel for data manipulation and visualization
- Solid understanding of UX principles, usability and accessibility standards
- Familiarity with Front-end technologies and web performance metrics
- An Upper-Intermediate level of English or higher
- Understanding of GDPR principles
WOULD BE A PLUS
- Knowledge of Firebase, SQL, and Power BI
- Experience with mobile analytics systems (e.g. AppsFlyer)
