Key Responsibilities:
User Experience (UX) Design
- Lead UX research, including user interviews, usability testing, and data-driven design decisions.
- Develop wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI designs that align with user needs and business objectives.
- Optimize information architecture and interaction design for seamless digital experiences.
- Advocate for accessibility and inclusivity in design.
- Collaborate with developers to ensure design feasibility and smooth implementation.
Creative Direction & Leadership
- Define and maintain a consistent brand identity across all digital platforms.
- Provide creative direction for design teams, ensuring cohesive visual storytelling and UX execution.
- Manage and mentor designers, fostering a culture of innovation and excellence.
- Oversee the creation of marketing assets, product UI, and content to align with the brand’s vision.
Strategy & Collaboration
- Work closely with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders to align design strategies with business goals.
- Translate complex problems into elegant, user-friendly solutions.
- Stay updated with the latest UX/UI trends, design tools, and emerging technologies.
Present design concepts and strategies to executives and key stakeholders
