Join BBH as a UX Designer
About the role
As a Mid-Level User Experience Designer (UX Designer), you will work independently on defined workstreams while collaborating closely with cross-functional partners. You will take initiative and assume responsibility for the visual and interaction design of a range of digital tools. You will create high-fidelity, pixel-perfect visual requirements and clickable prototypes. You will use UX design methodologies to support research, user interviews, ideation sessions, workshops, iterative design, and usability testing. You will work with other designers, product managers, business analysts, and engineers to deliver pragmatic UX designs that meet business and user needs. You will present your work in a variety of forums and workshops. Financial services product consumers are experienced, detail-oriented, and skeptical of tools that look good but fall short of bringing insights, efficiency or needed transparency. The bar for craft is high. You will also learn the details of design for delivery, work closely with development teams, and contribute to the design system.
Every day, we work with diverse people and cultures across the globe, and in our office. High English language proficiency is required for this position.
Optimally, we are looking for candidates who have 3 years of experience in professional digital product (or relevant) design. However, we value diverse backgrounds, so even if your experience looks a little different from what we have outlined and you think you can bring value to the role, we will still welcome your interest!
