About the Role:
As a UX Designer II, you will define customer interactions and own key aspects of the design strategy for a business or product line. You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand user needs, propose creative solutions, and deliver intuitive designs that meet business objectives.
You’ll use tools like wireframes, prototypes, and process flows to communicate your ideas, and work closely with UX Researchers to validate them through testing and data analysis. You’ll also contribute to design systems, introduce new patterns, and ensure consistency across platforms.
Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with research, product, and tech teams to identify user needs and design opportunities.
  • Create wireframes, prototypes, and user flows to communicate design concepts.
  • Use data and user feedback to iterate on designs and improve usability.
  • Apply user-centered design principles and accessibility standards.
  • Contribute to design systems and introduce new patterns.
  • Communicate design rationale clearly to stakeholders and developers.
Requirements:
  • 4–6 years of experience in UX design or a related field.
  • Proficiency with design tools such as Axure, Sketch, and InVision.
  • Strong understanding of user-centered design, usability testing, and data-driven iteration.
  • Experience designing for multiple platforms and working with tech teams.
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.
