Your daily pitch
As our UX Design Manager (m/f/x), you'll be the playmaker behind our Sports and Gaming digital experience, crafting seamless, user-centered designs that drive engagement, usability, and conversion. Reporting to the Head of Customer Experience, you’ll lead a squad of senior UX/UI designers and a UX writer across different locations —coaching them to success, optimizing workflows, and ensuring every digital interaction feels like a winning goal for our users. This role demands a strategic yet hands-on leader—someone who can read the game, influence senior leadership, and deliver top-tier digital experiences. Your playing field
- Define and execute a winning UX vision that aligns with business goals and customer needs across Sports and Gaming products.
- Manage and mentor a team of senior UX/UI designers and a UX writer, ensuring top performance through guidance, feedback, and growth opportunities.
- Enhance workflows, design critiques, and collaboration by implementing effective processes and rituals that boost creativity and efficiency.
- Work closely with Insights and A/B Testing teams to integrate research, analytics, and experimentation into design improvements.
- Optimize user flows, interaction patterns, and accessibility to create a seamless, engaging experience for our users.
- Take ownership of game-changing projects, ensuring high-quality UI/UX outcomes that enhance our digital presence.
- Advocate for user-centered design and present data-driven recommendations to key stakeholders, ensuring UX is at the heart of product decisions.
- Stay ahead of emerging trends, new technologies, and creative solutions to elevate our digital experience.
Qualifications
Which skills should you bring to the pitch
- Proven Match Experience. 7+ years of experience in UX/UI/Product Design. Experience in the gaming industry or a similar industry would be ideal.
- Team Captain Material. 3+ years of team management & leadership experience.
- Show Us Your Highlights. A strong portfolio showcasing game-winning UX solutions and measurable impact.
- Knowledgeable. In user research, A/B testing, and data-driven decision-making.
- Tech. Proficiency in Figma and design systems.
- Soft Skills. Strong communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skill.
