Purpose of the Role
We’re seeking a creative, detail-oriented UX copywriter who
can shape outstanding digital experiences through words and explore the
frontier of AI-driven content. You’ll craft microcopy, conversation flows, and
content frameworks that guide, reassure, and delight users at every touchpoint.If
you can write in a way that speaks the user’s language, structure information
for instant clarity, and fine-tune AI prompts for precision, we want to hear
from you.
Key Responsibilities
UX Writing & Microcopy: Write clear, concise,
human-centred copy for interfaces, onboarding flows, buttons, error messages,
and tooltips.Content Strategy: Develop scalable content guidelines,
tone-of-voice standards, and editorial frameworks; collaborate with designers,
developers, and product managers.Conversation Design & AI: Map and optimize
conversational flows for chatbots and virtual assistants; write, test, and
refine prompts for AI-driven features.Research & Iteration: Conduct content audits,
usability reviews, and A/B testing; refine copy and conversational flows based
on user feedback and analytics.
Requirements
- 3+ years in UX writing, content design, or conversation design for digital products.
- Degree in English, Linguistics, Journalism, Communications, or equivalent 3-year writing qualification.
- Honours or master’s degree is a strong plus.
- Native or near-native English proficiency.
- Exceptional editing, storytelling, and clarity in writing.
- Strong understanding of design principles and accessibility standards.
- Knowledge of how copy impacts usability and user experience.
- Hands-on experience with generative AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini).
- Skilled in crafting prompts to achieve precise outcomes.
- Comfortable working closely with designers, engineers, and product managers in agile environments.
- Familiarity with Figma or similar design tools.
