The Role

As a User Experience (UX) Content Specialist, you will collaborate closely with cross-functional product, development, and marketing teams to create and optimize digital experiences for the members, providers and clients that we serve as part of our Behavioral Health enterprise. Your expertise in content strategy, accessibility, and user behavior tracking will contribute to enhancing our products and platforms.

  • Content Strategy and Guidelines:
  • Develop and maintain content guidelines for design, development, and marketing teams.
  • Manage and configure content on our digital experience platform.
  • Optimize user experiences by iteratively improving content across our products.
  • Web content accessibility guidelines:
  • Ensure content and experiences meet the most up-to-date accessibility standards.
  • Establish guidelines to ensure all new designed experiences are accessible.
  • Collaborate with design and development teams in implementing accessible experiences.
  • User Behavior Analysis and Optimization:
  • Monitor user behavior using web analytics to identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Analyze user interactions, identify pain points, and execute content improvements.
  • Optimize content to enhance user engagement, conversion rates, and overall satisfaction.
  • Documentation and Support:
  • Annotate designs with content and accessibility requirements.
  • Maintain content guidelines and style guides as our products evolve.
  • Test implemented experiences to ensure accessibility and content requirements are met.

Other Job Requirements

Responsibilities

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Communications, English, UX Design).

3+ years' experience in User Experience (UX) design and content management.

Proven experience in content strategy, UX writing, or related roles.

Familiarity with Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) accessibility guidelines.

Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret user data.

Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

This information reflects the anticipated base salary range for this position based on current national data. Minimums and maximums may vary based on location. Actual pay will be adjusted based on an individual's skills, experience, education, and other job-related factors permitted by law.
