Designs, implements, and maintains access management and security controls to protect confidentiality, integrity, and availability. Supports incident response, vulnerability remediation, forensics, SIEM logging, patching, and secure architecture. Promotes security culture through training and cross-team collaboration and ensures compliance with policies, standards, and regulatory requirements.

Provide immediate, compassionate crisis support via call, chat, and text. Conduct risk assessments, de-escalate situations, create safety plans, coordinate emergency or mobile crisis responses, refer to community resources, and complete follow-up contacts. Meet performance metrics, complete required trainings, and comply with organizational and regulatory standards.

Provide on-site EAP services including assessment, short-term counseling, employee and management consultation, critical incident response, trainings, referrals, and case documentation to restore employee functioning and support organizational needs.
