UX Analyst (Remote)

As a UX Analyst at LegalMatch Philippines, you'll help the company deliver better products by evaluating and testing our software from an end-user perspective, helping refine features and develop new ideas.

Your responsibilities include:

• Understanding user interactions across our products to identify usability issues and improvements.
• Conducting regular UX testing to ensure intuitive and efficient user experiences, reporting findings to Product and QA teams.
• Identifying blockers to conversion and proposing data-driven enhancements.
• Collaborating with analysts to establish benchmarks for task success, time on task, and user error rates, using insights to drive performance improvements.
• Ensuring the user journey aligns with business and customer expectations, addressing issues during the requirements and testing phases.
• Working closely with stakeholders to enhance LegalMatch features, contributing UX expertise and innovative solutions.

• At least 3 years of experience as a UX tester/Analyst.
• Creative and tech savvy
• With thorough understanding of UX design, information architecture, and testing for conversion; a background in design thinking will be great
• Passionate about UX and quality
• Proactive and a great communicator
