USI-CTS UKG Talent Acquisition_ Recruiting Module Position 3 - 8 Yrs
- Ability to support configuration workshops and documentation of design decisions on the following modules: Talent Acquisition / Recruiting, Onboarding, Performance Management, Employee Voice, and HRSD (Document Manager, People Assist).
- Ability to execute system configuration on the modules identified above, and coordinate build support with other team members on the HCM workstream
- Ability to define testing scenarios across these modules, author test scripts, stage necessary data, execute testing and document results.
