Overview
The User Systems Coordinator is responsible for maintaining system integrity as well as for planning and developing methods to apply current process technology to additional customer uses. This position works with the IT contact person in the design and testing of system customizations for solving system problems and enhancing system usefulness. Create, analyze and maintain reports used to balance, monitor, and manage system interfaces. Prepare reports to be used by management to evaluate the performance of the department to ensure quality, efficiency, and effectiveness of processes. Assist in the development, implementation, maintenance, and improvement of systems processes and policies and procedures. Act as a liaison between the department and IT to identify opportunities for improvement with systems, policies and procedures, and training. Maintain security for all systems along and programs utilized by designated department.

Experience
5 years’ experience working with the department's software packages. Thorough knowledge of databases, and applicable policies and procedures, monitor system problems and errors to support designated department goals and objectives. Bachelor's degree or 4 years related experience accepted.

We provide market-competitive compensation packages, inclusive of base pay, incentives, and benefits. The base pay rate for Full Time employment is:$61,235.20-$102,065.60Additional compensation may be available for this role such as shift differentials, standby/on-call, overtime, premiums, extra shift incentives, or bonus opportunities.
