Job Purpose:
Helps end-users resolve issues with computer hardware or software. Responds to user inquiries, troubleshoots and diagnoses problems and identifies solutions with IT equipment and applications.Job Responsibilities:
● Perform PC Refresh as defined for group.● Member of On-Call rotation and may require travel between supported sites and facilities.
● Meet project task deadlines as defined by Project Management.
● Assist with vendor warranty and break/fix work.
● May assist in the desktop/server/LAN procurement process.
● Act as the liaison into Information Technology second and third level support groups to assist in expediting the support process.
● Maintain documentation for the facility, including inventory, ticket tracking, time tracking and assigned project work.
Additional Responsibilities & Qualifications:
● Respond to user inquiries via phone, email, chat, and other communication channels, ensuring prompt and accurate resolutions.
● Maintain detailed records of user interactions, issues, and resolutions in our support system.
● Contribute to the development and maintenance of user support resources.
Work Experience:
● 3-5 years of related job experience.● Ability to manage multiple projects, work under pressure, and adapt to sudden changes in the work environment.● Excellent verbal, written, people, and diplomacy skills are required.● Experience designing data models and visuals using Power BI and Tableau.● Experience using Microsoft SQL, SSAS, Power Pivot, Power Query or Power BI is preferred.● Experience writing SQL queries (familiar with primary and foreign keys, as well as joins and aggregate functions).● Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite.● Software program experience with SolidWorks, ArtiosCAD, TOPS and Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, Adobe Pro).● Strong customer service skills (friendly, courteous and helpful).● Strong planning and organization skills are required.Education:
