User Support Analyst

How we LEAD:

UMG is looking for a User Support Analyst for its Financial Operations team. This position provides user support across UMG's US operations, data configuration and maintenance, and system testing for UMG's online vendor portal, procurement, and budgeting system, UniPort. The ideal candidate must have excellent communication skills, work well in a team setting, and contribute to a positive work environment.

How you'll CREATE:

• Provide support for our online procurement system, UniPort. Includes communicating and interacting with vendors

• Set up new user access, including assigning user roles and workflows

• Maintain complex user access rights and approval rule spreadsheets

• Perform user acceptance testing for system defects and enhancements

• Day-to-day interaction and system support with a wide variety of users across all UMG business units in the US

• Serve as liaison between IT and the business user community

• Strong independent problem-solving and communication skills are needed to research issues brought forth by business units and perform special project tasks when needed

• Assist with audits and strong compliance requirements

Bring your VIBE:

• Excellent skills with Excel, Microsoft Word, Outlook, and the Internet

• Some SAP experience is a plus 

• Strong written and verbal communication needed to liaise with all levels of personnel, including label Executives and external vendors

• Must be highly detail-oriented, have strong administrative and organizational skills

• This role requires the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and prioritize effectively

• Will be self-directed and exceptionally well organized

• 1-2 years' experience working independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment

• Efficiently manages workloads and meets deadlines
