What does a successful User Experience (UX) Engineer do at Fiserv?
At Fiserv, a successful User Experience (UX) Engineer drives AI/ML and Cloud initiatives by designing and developing web applications. You will build responsive and high-performing dashboards and chatbots, integrate applications with various data sources and APIs, and collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements. Your role includes enhancing monitoring and incident management through integration with Moogsoft and ServiceNow.

What you will do:

• Design and develop front-end and back-end components of web applications.
• Build interactive dashboards and chatbots ensuring responsiveness and performance.
• Integrate applications with various data sources and APIs.
• Collaborate with data scientists and other stakeholders to gather requirements.
• Integrate with Moogsoft and ServiceNow for improved monitoring and incident management.

What you will need to have:

• 4+ years of experience as a Full Stack Developer, proficient in Java, front-end (HTML, CSS, JavaScript), and back-end technologies (Node.js, Python, PHP).
• 4+ years of experience with frameworks like ReactJS, and database management (SQL, NoSQL).
• 4+ years of experience in API development and integration, including Moogsoft, PagerDuty, and ServiceNow.
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science or a relevant field, or an equivalent combination of education, work, and/or military experience.

What would be great to have:

• 3+ years of experience with cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
• 3+ years of experience with AI/ML integration in web applications.
• Strong critical thinking skills and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
