Translate design concepts to prototype solutions as quickly and tangibly as possible, with a balanced understanding of technical feasibility implications and design intent.

Summary:
As a User Experience Engineer, you will be responsible for creating and refining prototypes and software engineering solutions that enhance user experience. Your typical day will involve collaborating with design teams to translate concepts into tangible prototypes, ensuring that the solutions are not only visually appealing but also technically feasible. You will engage in iterative design processes, gathering feedback and making adjustments to optimize the user interface and overall experience. Your role will require a balance of creativity and technical understanding, allowing you to contribute effectively to the development of user-centric solutions.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME.
- Collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Facilitate workshops and brainstorming sessions to foster innovative ideas.
- Mentor junior team members to enhance their skills and knowledge.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP Plant Maintenance (PM).
- Strong understanding of user interface design principles and best practices.
- Experience with prototyping tools such as Sketch, Figma, or Adobe XD.
- Ability to conduct user research and usability testing to inform design decisions.
- Familiarity with front-end development technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in SAP Plant Maintenance (PM).
- This position is based at our Hyderabad office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
