Lead conversation design (intents, tone, guardrails, fallbacks).
Map complex workflows into simple journeys; create wireframes/prototypes & component libraries.
Run usability testing; measure task success/time-to-insight; iterate.
Ensure WCAG 2.1 accessibility; localization readiness; consistent tokens
Primary Skills (experience in one or more):
· Figma/Sketch/XD • Conversation design • Information architecture • Accessibility • Design systems • Stakeholder facilitation.
Primary Skills Description:
3+ years of experience in UX/UI design.
Portfolio of chat/agent UX; ability to translate technical workflows into guided experiences; familiarity with evolving Teams + Copilot agent surfaces.
Nice-to-Have: Teams/Slack app UX; Adaptive Cards; data visualization for comparables/faceted search. Define the end-to-end architecture (agents/RAG/APIs/data/UX) and security standards.
