Summary:
As a User Experience Designer, you will analyze the needs of the target users and how they perform tasks to create an optimized user experience. Your typical day will involve collaborating with cross-functional teams to gather insights, conducting user research, and synthesizing findings to inform design decisions. You will create wireframes, prototypes, and user flows, ensuring that the final product meets user needs and enhances overall satisfaction. Engaging in iterative design processes, you will seek feedback from stakeholders and users alike, refining your designs to achieve the best possible outcomes. Your role will also include staying updated on industry trends and best practices to continuously improve the user experience.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be a Subject Matter Expert with deep knowledge and experience.
- Should have influencing and advisory skills.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams.
- Facilitate workshops and brainstorming sessions to foster collaboration and innovation.
- Mentor junior team members, providing guidance and support in their professional development.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in User Experience (UX) Design.
- Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and methodologies.
- Experience with usability testing and user research techniques.
- Proficiency in design tools such as Sketch, Adobe XD, or Figma.
- Ability to create interactive prototypes and wireframes.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 15 years of experience in User Experience (UX) Design.
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
