Minitab is seeking a User Experience Designer to help shape intuitive, user-centric software that empowers users worldwide. In this role, you’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and refine user experiences, conduct research, and contribute to design systems that enhance consistency and accessibility across our product portfolio.

Key Responsibilities

• Design & Prototyping: Create wireframes, prototypes, and mockups using tools like Figma, Adobe XD, or Sketch. Conduct usability studies and iterate designs based on user feedback.
• Design Integration: Collaborate with designers, engineers, and product managers to document and implement user interface designs and style guides.
• Design Systems: Support the development of scalable design systems and component libraries to ensure consistent user experiences.

What You Bring

• Minimum 2 years of UX design experience.
• Proficiency in design tools like Figma, Adobe XD, or Sketch.
• Experience in usability studies, user feedback integration, and design documentation.
• A bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in UX design or a related field.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.

Location:  State College, PA is preferred but will consider remote applicants in PA
