About the Team:
The Digital Experience and Design team is a diverse group of passionate UX professionals who support a broad range of digital solutions with visual and content design, style guide development and user research.
Internship Assignment Summary:

Partner with the design, user research, and product management teams to deliver a best-in-class user experience to customers

Contribute design concepts based on user research and business needs
-
Assist in planning and analyzing qualitative and quantitative research

Gather insights from research and the voice of the customer to create a new understanding of users' wants and needs, while defining the customer journey

Help communicate research findings and design concepts to the product management team
Education/Qualifications/Skills:
-
Understanding of quantitative and qualitative data analysis methods
-
Knowledge of market research and competitive analysis
-
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
-
Knowledge of Figma, Sketch, Adobe Photoshop, MS Office
-
Design, communications, psychology, marketing, or related field
