The Role
Responsibility:
- Craft end-to-end user journeys across conversational interfaces, voicebots, and automation tools.
- Translate abstract or technical ideas into intuitive, accessible, and scalable designs.
- Write clear and empathetic content/dialogue that reflects user intent and brand tone.
- Partner with product, engineering and data to align user experience goals with business objectives.
- Conduct user and stakeholder interviews, heuristic reviews, and competitive analyses to ground design decisions in research.
Requirement:
- 1+ years in UX Design, UX Writing, or UX Research roles, preferably across multiple types of platforms or products.
- Strong foundation in UX principles and human-centered design.
- Hands-on experience building live products or prototypes
- Self-starter with ownership attitude
- Familiarity or curiosity in working with generative AI, LLMs, or voice interfaces.
