We currently have a vacancy for a User Documentation & Training Expert fluent in English, to offer his/her services as an expert who will be based in Brussels, Belgium. The work will be carried out either in the company’s premises or on site at customer premises. In the context of the first assignment, the successful candidate will be integrated in the Development team of the company that will closely cooperate with a major client’s IT team on site.
Tasks:
- Design, prepare and deliver engaging training sessions on Microsoft 365 tools for non-IT and semi technical users, adapting content to different levels of digital maturity and professional profiles;
- Analyse teams’ business needs, use cases, and existing digital skills in order to tailor training content, scenarios, and examples to real working contexts;
- Produce high-quality training materials, including slide decks, quick reference guides, hands-on exercises, demos, and recorded content;
- Facilitate live workshops encouraging participation, experimentation, and practical application of M365 tools in day-to-day work scenarios;
- Contribute to user adoption by explaining not only how tools work, but why and when they should be used, addressing resistance, misconceptions, and common pitfalls;
- Promote good practices related to collaboration, information management, security, and data protection within the M365 ecosystem, in line with organisational policies;
- Provide follow-up sessions, Q&A, and collect feedback to continuously improve training effectiveness;
- Contribute in the drafting of information material related to M365 and related projects, like user guides, manuals, Q&A, in the form of Office documents, or web accessible materia
Requirements
- University degree in IT or relevant discipline, combined with minimum 14 years of relevant working experience in IT;
- Advanced expertise in MS Teams for meetings, chat, channels, collaboration, governance, and best practices;
- Expertise in using professionally Outlook and to improve personal and team productivity;
- Strong experience in designing and explaining end-to-end collaboration scenarios (e.g. project teamwork, information sharing, hybrid meetings);
- In-depth understanding of(SharePoint Online, Onedrive) document management, sharing models, permissions, versioning, and collaboration patterns;
- Solid understanding of core M365 package (Teams, SharePoint online, OneNote, PowerPoint, Word, Excel) and how they integrate with each other in collaborative and productivity scenarios.;
- Practical knowledge of M365 security concepts, data protection principles, and responsible information sharing;
- Solid knowledge and experience with Power Automate and Power BI would be an asset;
- Excellent command of the English language.
