Role Overview
We are seeking a User Acquisition Manager to lead and execute our paid marketing efforts. You will manage and optimize campaigns across Google Ads and Meta Ads, driving efficient and scalable user growth. This role requires a mix of analytical skills, hands-on execution, and creative problem-solving to maximize campaign performance.
About You
- Hands-on and results-driven.
- 3 years of experience in performance marketing, managing Google and Meta Ads.
- Strong B2C experience, preferably in a subscription, app-based, or consumer tech company.
- Analytical thinker who loves data and knows how to turn insights into action.
- Creative problem-solver who can collaborate across teams.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Own & optimize paid acquisition on Google Ads & Meta Ads.
- Analyze and improve campaign performance, focusing on CAC, LTV, and ROAS.
- Run A/B tests on creatives, audiences, and landing pages.
- Collaborate with creative & product teams to align ads with user experience.
- Manage budgets efficiently to drive profitable growth.

- Background in subscription-based, app-based, or wellness products.
