We are looking for a highly analytical and performance-driven User Acquisition Manager to join our team and help scale our global user growth efforts. In this role, you will own acquisition and re-engagement activities across multiple paid media channels, optimize campaigns at scale, and drive measurable impact on user growth and business performance.

Responsibilities- Own and manage user acquisition, re-engagement, and retention campaigns across multiple advertising channels, including Meta, Google Ads, Apple Search Ads, DSPs, OEMs, and ad networks.
- Monitor, analyze, and optimize campaigns to achieve and exceed growth KPIs, including installs, registrations, retention, engagement, and revenue targets.
- Plan, execute, and scale innovative growth initiatives, experiments, and A/B tests to improve acquisition efficiency and user quality.
- Build and maintain strategic relationships with media partners, advertising platforms, and agencies.
- Provide regular performance reporting, insights, and recommendations to internal stakeholders and external partners.
- Collaborate closely with Product, Content, Data, and Business Development teams to align marketing activities with product launches, sports calendars, and engagement initiatives.
- Work with the creative team to continuously test new ad creatives, messaging, and formats across different markets and audiences.
- Analyze user behavior, attribution data, cohort performance, and conversion funnels to identify growth opportunities.
- Support expansion into new markets through competitive analysis, market research, and audience insights.
- Stay updated on industry trends, privacy changes, attribution solutions, mobile measurement, and best practices across performance marketing channels.
- 4+ years of hands-on experience managing Google Ads campaigns, with a strong focus on PPC (Search, Display, YouTube) and App Campaigns (UAC) for mobile app growth.
- 2+ years of experience managing Meta Ads campaigns focused on performance marketing and user acquisition.
- Strong passion for AI tools and emerging technologies, with hands-on usage of AI solutions for creative production, workflow automation, campaign optimization, research, and productivity enhancement.
- Proven experience driving mobile app growth through user acquisition, re-engagement, and performance marketing initiatives.
- Strong understanding of mobile marketing KPIs, including CPI, CPA, CAC, ROAS, retention, engagement, and LTV.
- Highly analytical with strong problem-solving skills and exceptional attention to detail.
- Experience working with mobile attribution and analytics platforms such as AppsFlyer, Firebase, Adjust, or similar tools.
- Advanced proficiency in Excel and Google Sheets.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work cross-functionally with Product, Content, Creative, BI, and Business Development teams.
- Ability to prioritize multiple projects and work effectively in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment.
- Fluent English, both written and spoken.
