We’re looking for a highly motivated, creative, and data-driven User Acquisition Specialist to join our growing team at Helfy.

In this role, you’ll lead the strategy and execution of user acquisition efforts across multiple platforms, helping us attract and convert new users to our digital health platform.

The platform seamlessly combines medical consultation, prescription handling, pharmacy fulfillment, and last-mile delivery into a single digital experience. Operating in regulated environments, DoktorABC enables millions of patients to receive treatment without queues, friction, or unnecessary in-person visits.
Responsibilities- Develop, execute, and manage large-scale user acquisition campaigns with budgets of at least 300K EUR per month across various channels, including social media (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, etc.), paid search (Google Ads), display advertising, and content marketing.
- Conduct competitor analysis to identify market trends, benchmark performance, and uncover new opportunities for growth.
- Collaborate closely with the studio and creative teams to request and develop compelling, platform-specific creatives (static, video, and interactive ads) that drive high engagement and conversion rates.
- Analyze and report on campaign performance, including key metrics such as user acquisition, cost per acquisition (CPA), return on ad spend (ROAS), and lifetime value (LTV).
- Continuously optimize campaigns through A/B testing, audience segmentation, and creative iteration to maximize ROI and scalability.
- Stay ahead of the latest trends and best practices in user acquisition, digital advertising, and healthcare marketing, and share insights with the team.
- Work closely with the marketing team to align user acquisition strategies with broader marketing goals and initiatives.
- Leverage data-driven insights to identify new opportunities for growth and improve campaign efficiency.
- Manage and plan budgets effectively, ensuring optimal allocation across channels to achieve business objectives.
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, business, or a related field.
- 4+ years of experience in user acquisition, digital marketing, or performance marketing, preferably within the healthcare, telehealth, or related industries.
- Proven experience managing large-scale campaigns with budgets of at least 300K EUR per month.
- Proficiency in user acquisition tools and platforms, including Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, TikTok Ads, and analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Tableau).
- Strong experience in competitor analysis, with the ability to translate insights into actionable strategies.
- Strong creative mindset with the ability to conceptualize and request high-performing ad creatives tailored to versatile platforms (social media, search, display, etc.).
- Exceptional analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present complex data and strategies in a clear and concise manner.
- Collaborative team player with experience working closely with creative, marketing, and analytics teams.
- Fluent in English; proficiency in German or French is a strong advantage.
- Self-starter with a proactive approach, strong organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
