The Role
Description

Datarails is a fast-growing B2B SaaS company transforming how finance teams manage their data. Financial professionals often struggle with an overwhelming number of Excel spreadsheets. Our solution consolidates scattered and unstructured data into a single source of truth, empowering finance teams to make better, faster decisions. We’re looking for a User Acquisition Manager to join our dynamic marketing team. This is a great opportunity for someone with 1-2 years of experience in digital marketing or user acquisition who is eager to grow in a fast-paced environment. You will help build and manage paid campaigns across various digital platforms to drive growth and user engagement.


About The Role

What You'll Do
  • Develop and implement paid marketing strategies that align with our business goals, leveraging the latest advertising technologies.
  • Create, manage, and optimize large-scale paid advertising campaigns.
  • Monitor campaign performance and conduct regular data analysis to identify trends, provide actionable insights, and drive continuous improvement.
  • Collaborate with creative and ad agencies to produce high-quality campaigns, offering input on creative copy, banners, and videos.
  • Utilize analytics tools to generate insights and optimize the performance of marketing campaigns.
  • Stay current with industry trends and emerging technologies to identify growth opportunities.

Requirements

●     1-2 years of experience managing large-scale campaigns ($100k+ per month) - a must.

●     Hands-on experience with user acquisition platforms (Meta, TikTok, LinkedIn, etc.) - LinkedIn Ads experience is a strong plus.

●     Proven data analysis experience and strong analytical skills

●     Outstanding Excel skills

●     A growth-oriented mindset with adaptability and a drive for continuous improvement.

●     A "can-do" attitude with a hands-on approach and a commitment to continuous improvement.

●     Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, in English.

●     B.Sc. in Industrial Engineering, Economics, Marketing, Math, Statistics or an equivalent background
