We are looking for a User Acquisition Manager to join our talented Marketing Team. You will have the opportunity to take on a level of responsibility impossible to find in Israel. Handle and manage a multi-million dollar budget. Ensure brand consistency as you will be part of a growing brand and in a role where you can see your impact and immediate results. Optimize, refine, and manage our digital channels to drive new customer acquisition.

Your life at MAËLYS will look like…

  • Lead strategic, high-volume experimentation on all key current and potential user acquisition channels.
  • Develop, plan, execute, and optimize paid digital marketing strategies and initiatives, with a particular focus on paid social media.
  • Define and report key metrics to monitor user experience and digital marketing effectiveness including ROI and Direct-Response campaigns. Think holistically across the business to ensure resource allocation.
  • Working closely to the Creative & Data team, reporting directly to the CMO.

You will thrive in this role if you have…

  • 2+ years of experience in performance marketing from a global company / as a consultant.
  • A track record for successful execution of effective performance marketing campaigns. Ideally brings expertise in Paid Social (FB / IG / TikTok / Snapchat / Pinterest).
  • Working knowledge of Excel and large data analysis.
  • Managed at least $100K a month in marketing spend.
  • Experience with direct response marketing strategies.
  • A creative mindset with a focus on delivering results.
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to make informed decisions.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
