User Acquisition Manager (Facebook, Google, TikTok)

Our teams of digital nomads work remotely from Cyprus, Malta, the USA, Armenia, Georgia, Kazakhstan, Montenegro, Poland, Latvia, Serbia, Spain, Portugal, UAE,  Israel, Turkey, Thailand, Indonesia, Japan, Hong Kong, Australia and many other locations.

We are looking for a User Acquisition Manager for one of our investment products.

Your main tasks will be:

• Facebook Ads, Tiktok, Google Ads campaigns launch and optimization;
• Reporting and analysis of advertising campaigns; project & audience analytics via GA4, Internal CRM, and other tools;
• Channels scaling without CPA growth, improving ROI and other key metrics;
• Testing new targeting and ad types, landing page concepts, and creatives.

We expect from you:

• Facebook and Google Ads expert with at least 1 year of experience in Targeting and PPC/SEM; 
• Meta/TikTok/Google certificates will be an additional advantage;
• Familiar with campaign optimization by CPA and ROI
• Managing budgets from $100k+/monthly;
• Proficient in Excel/Google Sheets; 
• Knowledge of Google Analytics;
• Good analytical skills and ability to interpret data;
• English B2 or higher

This money can be spent on the rent of the co-working room, on equipping the working place at home (desk, chair, Internet, etc.) during those 3 years;
