Position Purpose: Designs and develops moderately complex test cases and automated scripts, referencing acceptance criteria and business requirements. Executes these tests and coordinate with end users for final User Acceptance testing to ensure quality for solution development. Translate business requirements to business solutions primarily as a part of the final testing aspects of solutions. Ability to clearly communicate between business and BTS (Business Technology Solutions) regarding found defects.
- Understands business requirements and acceptance criteria to create test cases for the appropriate scenarios for thorough testing to ensure accuracy of developed solutions.
- Works between technical and business users to draft a test plan and timeline to ensure timeliness of completion and sign-off for testing.
- Completes test cases and test plan and document results.
- Assist end users with test data loading and results to work through final sign-off for User Acceptance testing
- Creates scripts that can assist testing efforts by automatically running these scripts to test various scenarios for new deployment and regression testing.
- Assists with controlled run processes within production to ensure ongoing quality and provide expertise for production support for root cause analysis and error mitigation.
- Evaluates potential for process improvement as a part of their solution requirements and design, offering up ideas and solutions to not only build a solution, but also elimination of potential failure points or standardization of processes to improve the ease of delivery.

Education/Experience: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, MIS, Business or related field or equivalent experience. 4 - 6 years of experience in the field or in a related area. Experience and/or working knowledge of Test Processes required. Working knowledge of SQL, Java (Programming Language); Python (Programming Language) preferred. Must be able to communicate between technical and business for final sign-off.

Pay Range: $68,700.00 - $123,700.00 per year

Actual pay will be adjusted based on an individual's skills, experience, education, and other job-related factors permitted by law. Total compensation may also include additional forms of incentives.
