What You Will Do:
Source and acquire high-quality used vehicles through private sellers, trade-ins, and our own network of customers.
Evaluate vehicle condition, history, and market value to make smart purchasing decisions
Work with customers on the service drive and offer vehicle appraisal
Maintain proper inventory levels based on sales trends and market demand
Work closely with sales and service teams to align inventory with customer needs
Ensure accurate documentation and compliance with dealership standards
What We Are Looking For:
Previous experience as an automotive buyer, appraiser, or service related role preferred
"Earn customers for life" mentality
Strong understanding of used vehicle market trends and values
Excellent negotiation, communication, and organizational skills
Proficiency with tools like vAuto, VIN Solutions, and dealership management systems is a plus.
