Used Car Manager
The Used Car Manager at Romeo Auto Group is responsible for overseeing the buying, selling, and trade-in of pre-owned vehicles within our dealership. Regular Saturday availability is expected as part of this position.

Responsibilities:
- Manage the used car inventory, pricing, and merchandising to maximize sales
- Negotiate deals with customers and handle trade-in offers
- Monitor market trends and adjust inventory as needed
- Train and supervise the used car sales tea
Requirements:
- Prior experience in automotive sales, preferably in the used car market
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills
- Strong knowledge of pricing strategies and market trends
- Ability to lead and motivate a team
- Consenting to a Background Check
