Job Description: Figure is an AI Robotics company developing a general purpose humanoid. Our Humanoid is designed for corporate tasks targeting labor shortages and jobs that are undesirable or unsafe. We are based in Sunnyvale, CA and require 5 days/week in-office collaboration.
We are looking for a Use Case Integration Engineer to drive successful use-case delivery, from requirements gathering through engineering development to commissioning on customer sites.
Responsibilities:
- Work directly with our Customers and Fleet Operations team to understand client requirements and potential use cases
- Work directly with our engineering departments to perform trade studies and proof-of-concept tests to hone potential use cases
- Build engineering roadmap of features and improvements needed to accomplish customer use cases and drive it through system validation
- Travel to customer sites to understand every detail of how to integrate the product
- Oversee commissioning and integration of the robot into client sites
Requirements:
- Experience leading integration of complex systems for real customers
- Depth in robotics and embedded system development
- Excellent communication and planning skills
- Hands-on, highly technical approach to integration
- Willing to travel up to 20% time
