As USAC Channel & Operations Director you will have the opportunity to tap into your curiosity and collaborate with some of the most innovative and diverse people around the world. Here, you will make an impact by:

Leading the strategy and execution of channel management and commercial operations to accelerate profitable growth across dental distribution, DSOs, and other key channels. You will partner closely with Sales, Marketing, Customer Operations, and Supply Chain to improve channel performance, strengthen distributor effectiveness, and ensure operational excellence that supports customers and field teams.

Key Responsibilities:

Channel Strategy & Partner Performance

  • Lead the channel management strategy to drive share growth and execution excellence across distributor and indirect networks, in close partnership with Sales, Marketing, and Operations.
  • Establish and run business reviews with channel partners; set targets, track performance, and drive corrective actions using KPIs and insights.
  • Develop channel programs and coordinate cross-functionally to ensure readiness and execution.

Commercial Operations & Execution

  • Remove operational barriers that impede sales execution across our dental and orthodontics business; improve the customer and field experience through better service delivery, issue resolution, and process clarity.
  • Oversee channel-facing operational communications and ensure consistent ways of working with partners and internal stakeholders.
  • Provide business support and strategy for input into commercial operations for our orthodontics and dental businesses (includes AR, SIP, CIP, pricing, and ERP rollout support).
  • Lead or influence key operating mechanisms (forecasting inputs, inventory/inbound-outbound KPIs, order and service performance) to increase predictability and reduce friction.

Key Accounts / Non-traditional Channels (DSO, Government, Institutions)

  • Provide leadership for a key accounts/channel team supporting DSOs, government, and institutional segments (scope may include dental and orthodontics portfolios, depending on business design).
  • Align cross-functional stakeholders to deliver integrated account execution (availability, programs, solutions, and partner enablement).

Leadership & Governance

  • Set medium- to long-term operating plans, advise leadership on channel/operations decisions, and lead complex problem-solving across the commercial system.
  • Build, lead, and develop a high-performing team; establish clear expectations, coach talent, and drive accountability for results.
  • Ensure distributor/partner compliance with commercial policies, agreements, and operational requirements; drive continuous improvement in how the channel operates. [
