The Role
Responsibilities :
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced UX Designer to join our team, focused on delivering intuitive and impactful user experiences for enterprise cloud applications in the document solutions space. The ideal candidate should have a strong foundation in UX methodologies, a deep understanding of user-centric design, and a proven ability to collaborate in Agile/SAFe environments.- Key Responsibilities
- Design user-centric solutions for cloud-based document management and workflow products.
- Collaborate with product managers, developers, and global UX teams to translate business requirements into intuitive interfaces.
- Create wireframes, prototypes, user flows, and high-fidelity mockups using Figma.
- Conduct UX research, usability testing, and apply findings to improve product usability and user satisfaction.
- Maintain and contribute to design systems and ensure consistency across platforms.
- Participate actively in Agile ceremonies and design reviews, advocating for design quality and user needs.
- 6+ years of professional UX design experience.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in enterprise and cloud-based product UX.
- Proficiency in Figma, Adobe Suite, design systems, and prototyping tools.
- Solid understanding of interaction design, information architecture, and responsive design.
- Experience working in Agile or SAFe environments.
- Strong communication and stakeholder collaboration skills.
- Experience with document lifecycle products or workflow platforms.
- Understanding of accessibility standards and enterprise UX best practices.
