We are hiring a systems-minded Usability Analyst to join our User Experience team. In this role, you will lead usability research, testing, and reporting to ensure our products deliver intuitive, engaging, and value-driven experiences. Your insights will guide design solutions that enhance user satisfaction and strengthen long-term engagement.
Responsibilities:
- Plan and conduct both qualitative and quantitative usability research
- Develop structured research plans and apply the right testing methods
- Translate user behavior and feedback into actionable recommendations
- Collaborate with product, design, engineering, and cross-functional teams
- Create and maintain usability standards, UI guidelines, and documentation
- Build checklists and training materials to support agile team compliance
- Analyze information architecture to improve product navigation and flow
- Support iterative design through testing, prototyping, and feedback loops
- Monitor UX/UI trends and introduce innovative practices
- Provide clear reports and presentations to stakeholders
- Strong foundation in UX/UI principles, conventions, and emerging trends
- Proven experience in usability testing, research, and analysis
- Ability to document and maintain UI/UX standards for agile teams
- Comprehensive understanding of information architecture
- Creative problem-solving skills with a design-thinking approach
- Excellent collaboration and communication skills across teams
- Proficiency in wireframing, prototyping, and research tools
