As a Solution Consultant III, you will need to hit the ground running and will be responsible for working on mass data changes within Workday, supporting the development of business cases and recommendations, supporting process updates and changes, and understanding the relevant data and metrics that impact the business.

Location: This position will be fully onsite in Bentonville, AR

You’ll make an impact by…

  • Identifying and reporting gaps across subdomains for potential innovation opportunities.
  • Demonstrating awareness of new processes and automation techniques.
  • Supporting the preparation of documentation under guidance and supervision.
  • Identifying major categories of business risks and utilizing organizational resources for risk avoidance and management.

You’ll sweep us off our feet if…

  • You are proficient in MS Excel
  • You have 2 – 3 years of experience with Workday and reporting
  • You have experience running EIB’s
  • You know how to create ad hoc reports
  • You understand integrations and how they work in coordination with Workday
  • You have knowledge of HR processes and procedures
  • You have a background in programming
  • You are analytical and have strong attention to detail
  • You have great communication skills
  • You are outgoing and have an upbeat personality

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Communication, Business Administration, or related field OR 2 years’ experience in human resources, reporting, compliance, or related area.

The annual salary range for this position is $80,000.00-$155,000.00

Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses.

Minimum Qualifications...

Option 1: Bachelor's degree in computer science, management, information systems, mathematics, business, or related area and 2 years' experience in software engineering, consulting, DevOps, or related area.
Option 2: 4 years' experience in software engineering, consulting, DevOps, or related area.

Master's degree in Computer Science, Management, Information Systems, Mathematics, Business, or related area., Prior work experience in the technical integrations between SAP, Workday, etc. and third-party applications., Prior work experience using technology packages such as SAP, Workday, Infor, and Coupa based on business requirements., Prior work experience writing functional specifications and test scripts., We value candidates with a background in creating inclusive digital experiences, demonstrating knowledge in implementing Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 AA standards, assistive technologies, and integrating digital accessibility seamlessly. The ideal candidate would have knowledge of accessibility best practices and join us as we continue to create accessible products and services following Walmart’s accessibility standards and guidelines for supporting an inclusive culture.
