Role Overview:
We are seeking a motivated Solutions Consultant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in industrial engineering, finance, economics, or business administration, with a passion for data management and analysis. This role is crucial in designing and executing data collection instruments, analyzing data, and supporting business decision-making.
Responsibilities:
- Design, Code, and Pilot Data Collection Instruments: Create survey questionnaires and interview guides.
- Support Surveys, Focus Groups, and Interviews: Assist in conducting various data collection methods.
- Conduct Literature Reviews: Research and compile relevant literature to support projects.
- Data Quality Checks: Design, code, and execute checks to ensure data integrity.
- Data Cleaning and Analysis: Process and analyze qualitative and quantitative data.
- Documentation: Support writing reports, deliverables, proposals, and creating presentations.
- Field Projects: Assist in the development and execution of field projects.
- Client Relationship Management: Maintain and manage relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and project success.
Who You Are:
- English (C1 or native) / Conversational Spanish preferred.
- Experience in project management and planning.
- Knowledge in generating insights and creating benchmarks.
- High analytical and numerical capacity with a strong basis in statistics.
- Advanced level of proficiency in Office, especially Excel.
Desirable:
- Interest in Generative AI, XR, and new technologies.
- Experience with Python, PowerBI, or SQL.

What We Offer:
- Annual Compensation: $40,000 to $60,000, depending on experience.
