The team leads Walmart’s supply chain Program Management Office (PMO) by delivering datadriven solutions that optimize capacity, capital, and network value. They collaborate across stakeholders to enhance supply chain execution, ensuring inventory profitability and alignment with strategic goals. What you'll do:
- Manage end-to-end supply chain processes to ensure efficient merchandise flow through distribution networks and fulfillment centers.
- Analyze data from multiple stakeholders to identify and implement process improvements and network efficiencies.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives and cost reduction strategies.
- Lead multiple concurrent automation, network, and capital programs from approval through go-live.
- Drive scope, schedule, budget, risk management, and delivery of approved business outcomes.
- Coordinate Engineering, Operations, Construction, Real Estate, Finance, Product/Tech, and other partners.
- Identify and resolve execution barriers while providing clear visibility to risks, decisions, and dependencies.
- Support development and execution of strategic initiatives across the Ambient Supply Chain network.
