- Lead execution of high-impact People and business initiatives by identifying priorities, aligning stakeholders, removing barriers, and driving measurable business outcomes.
- Partner with People Partners and business leaders to translate strategic priorities into scalable people solutions across organizational design, talent, change management, and workforce planning.
- Develop and manage governance routines, execution plans, dashboards, and AI-enabled solutions that improve decision-making, increase visibility, and accelerate execution.
- Drive continuous improvement by identifying process gaps, simplifying ways of working, and implementing scalable solutions that enhance organizational effectiveness.

The annual salary range for this position is $80,000.00 - $155,000.00 Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses. Additional compensation for certain positions may also include :
