The Role
Supervises daily manufacturing production, including scheduling, staffing, safety, quality, materials, equipment inspections, reporting, and performance management. Leads associate hiring, training, mentoring, and development while ensuring policy compliance. Drives Lean continuous improvement, waste reduction, process effectiveness, and timely achievement of production goals. The annual salary range for this position is $65,500.00 - $98,000.00 Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses. Additional compensation for certain positions may also include :
