What you'll do:
- Define and manage large-scale technical programs with multiple dependencies, ensuring alignment of goals, timelines, and resources across teams.
- Lead end-to-end system design discussions, translating product requirements into scalable, high-availability technical solutions.
- Identify and mitigate risks, resolve conflicts, and drive clarity in ambiguous situations to maintain program momentum.
- Establish and improve standardized workflows, prioritization frameworks, and automation opportunities to enhance program efficiency.
- Communicate progress, risks, and impacts clearly to stakeholders, fostering alignment and informed decision-making.
