The team focuses on digitizing enterprise domains, building shared data platforms, and establishing reliable sources of truth. Their efforts enhance data quality, consistency, and usability across the organization. Collaborating across functions, they manage complex programs with technical design expertise, ensuring scalable and high-performing solutions. The team values clear communication, risk management, and continuous improvement to support enterprise-wide initiatives that empower informed business decisions and operational excellence.
What you'll do:

• Define and manage large-scale technical programs with multiple dependencies, ensuring clear goals, timelines, and resource alignment.
• Drive cross-functional collaboration to secure commitments and resolve conflicts across a variety of teams and business strategies.
• Translate product requirements into technical designs, ensuring scalability, high availability, and operational excellence.
• Identify risks, develop mitigation plans, and proactively manage issues to maintain program momentum.
• Establish and improve standardized workflows, automation frameworks, and launch readiness processes.
• Communicate progress and risks effectively to stakeholders, fostering alignment and informed decision-making.
• Mentor team members on best practices in program and technical management.

What you'll bring:

• Extensive experience in program and project management, including risk and stakeholder management across complex, cross-functional initiatives.
• Proven ability to define and drive large-scale program plans with clear goals, stage gates, and critical delivery paths.
• Strong technical expertise in system design, cloud infrastructure, APIs, and software lifecycle management.
• Skilled in translating product requirements into technical designs and ensuring operational excellence frameworks.
• Proficient in communication strategies to align various stakeholders and report program status effectively.
• Analytical problem-solving skills with data-driven decision-making and risk mitigation capabilities.
• Ability to mentor teams and implement scalable, repeatable workflows to improve program delivery.

Bentonville, Arkansas US-30008: The annual salary range for this position is $110,000.00 - $220,000.00 Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses. Additional compensation for certain positions may also include :
