What you'll do:
  • Lead and manage complex, large-scale technical programs with multiple interdependent projects, ensuring alignment with strategic goals and delivery timelines.
  • Define program scopes, stage gates, critical paths, and key deliverables while securing commitments from cross-functional teams.
  • Translate product requirements into technical milestones, collaborating with engineering teams to ensure scalable, high-availability solutions.
  • Identify risks, develop mitigation plans, and proactively resolve issues to maintain program momentum.
  • Establish and improve standardized workflows, driving automation and operational excellence across initiatives.
  • Communicate progress, risks, and dependencies clearly to stakeholders, fostering alignment and informed decision-making.

Sunnyvale, California US-11349: The annual salary range for this position is $143,000.00 - $286,000.00 Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses. Additional compensation for certain positions may also include :
