RequirementsKey Responsibilities
- Prepare and review US Individual Tax Returns (Form 1040).
- Prepare Partnership Tax Returns (Form 1065) along with related schedules.
- Prepare Corporate Tax Returns (Form 1120) and supporting workpapers.
- Perform month-end and year-end bookkeeping for US clients.
- Finalize books of accounts before tax preparation.
- Prepare and review bank, credit card, loan, and balance sheet reconciliations.
- Pass year-end adjusting journal entries, including accruals, depreciation, and prepaid expenses.
- Prepare financial statements in accordance with US GAAP.
- Coordinate with US CPAs and clients to collect missing tax documents and resolve accounting queries.
- Maintain complete tax workpapers and documentation.
- Ensure timely completion of tax returns while meeting quality standards.
- Support tax planning and respond to client queries as required.

Skills Required
- 3+ years of experience in US tax accounting
