The Impact You’ll Make in this Role
As a US Talent Acquisition Advisor, you will have the opportunity to tap into your curiosity and collaborate with some of the most innovative and diverse people around the world. Here, you will make an impact by:

  • Source, screen, and recruit top talent for a wide diversity of positions in Technology, Corporate, R&D, Sales & Manufacturing roles in the United States.
  • You will manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from initial contact to offer negotiation and onboarding.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and develop effective recruiting strategies to meet those needs.

  • Driving operational efficiencies in a high-volume recruiting environment

  • Providing a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment journey

Your skills and experience

To set you up for success in this role from day one, Solventum requires (at a minimum) the following qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree AND five (5) years of combined recruitment experience across Corporate, Agency, or RPO

AND

  • 3 years of experience recruiting positions based in the United States

OR

  • High School Diploma AND nine (9) years of combined recruitment experience across Corporate, Agency, or RPO

AND

  • 3 years of experience recruiting positions based in the United States

Additional qualifications that could help you succeed even further in this role include:

  • Proven experience using Workday Recruiting platform

  • Stakeholder management and engagement

  • An understanding of diversity recruiting, compliance practices and applicable Federal and State laws including OFCCP, EEO, ADA and Affirmative Action in the United States

  • Experience sourcing using multiple strategies to create candidate pipelines in a timely and cost-effective manner resulting in successful hires

  • Excellent attention to detail, multi-tasking and organization skills

  • Operate with a high degree of confidentiality

  • Excellent English communication and interpersonal skills with proven ability to take initiative and build strong, productive relationships at all levels

  • Experience working with HR colleagues involving a variety of HR initiatives

  • Ability to learn new markets to identify appropriate talent

  • Experience building and maintaining candidate networks through market research and on-going relationship management ​

  • Ability to work independently as well as collaborate successfully as a team.

  • Proven ability to manage and influence internal clients at different levels.
