Job Title: US Staffing Recruiter / Client Acquisition Executive
Location: Software Technology Park of India - Darbhanga, Ramnagar, Bahadurpur, Chintamanpur, Bihar – 846002
Compensation:
- Salary: ₹10,000 – ₹20,000 per month
- Incentives: ₹5,000 – ₹10,000 per month (performance-based)
We are hiring enthusiastic and motivated individuals for the role of US Staffing Recruiter and Client Acquisition Executive. This is a great opportunity for freshers or candidates with up to 2 years of experience to start their career in the US recruitment and business development domain.
For Recruiter Role:
- Source and screen candidates for US-based clients
- Understand job requirements and match suitable candidates
- Conduct initial interviews and coordinate with candidates
- Maintain candidate database and follow up regularly
- Work on job portals and sourcing platforms
For Client Acquisition Role:
- Identify and approach potential US clients
- Build and maintain client relationships
- Generate new business opportunities
- Coordinate with internal recruitment team for requirements
- Negotiate terms and manage client expectations
- 0–2 years of experience (Freshers are welcome)
- Good communication skills (English preferred)
- Basic knowledge of MS Office and internet usage
- Willingness to work in US shift (night shift)
- Must own a bike for commuting
- Self-motivated and eager to learn
- Monday to Friday (Weekends off)
