This is a 6-month contract position that will support the Commercial Sales and Digital Marketing teams and work closely with channel marketing and strategic sales teams responsible for this territory.

  • Monitor online market conditions and competitive placement, pricing, and promotional activity to identify needed actions and/or strategy changes
  • Create and execute data-driven strategies to drive online revenue, traffic, and share growth
  • Manage and optimize digital campaigns, including SEO, paid ads, email, and social marketing
  • Plan and execute national promotions as well as unique, retailer-driven campaigns
  • Review and monitor iRobot’s presence across our ecommerce and marketplace territory to ensure we are successfully executing our market channel strategy
  • Regularly communicate with and support reseller partners to ensure alignment on placement, promotion, and trade policy execution
  • Collaborate with Channel Marketing, Business Intelligence and Sales Operations teams to ensure seamless execution of our e-commerce initiatives
  • Identify growth opportunities by discovering unique ways of creating awareness and reaching target consumers
  • Provide timely insight into market conditions and competitive placement, pricing, promotional activity, and any additional relevant information

To Be Successful You Will Have:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field. MBA is a plus
  • 5+ years of experience in sales management, e-commerce, or a related field, with a focus on Amazon or similar marketplaces
  • Experience working with resellers (direct or via distributor) is an asset
  • Ability to provide accurate sales forecasts and meet targets
  • Proficiency with media management platforms and reporting
  • Strong analytical skills to interpret data, understand consumer behavior and form data-driven solutions
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Expertise building and maintaining relationships with internal and external stakeholders

Applicants must be authorized to work for any employer in the U.S. We are unable to sponsor or assume sponsorship of any additional employment visas at this time.
