As a Sales Support Professional within our US Retirement Sales and Client Services Organization, you will be responsible for setting and improving our organizational objectives, and ensuring their consistent accomplishment. You will work closely with our on-location partners, client advisors, financial advisors, relationship managers, implementation managers and global sales support teams to help facilitate the process. You will co-ordinate with various internal teams (Client Service, Marketing, Product, Finance, MIS/Business Intelligence and Technology) to be able to provide a holistic coverage across the cycle.
Job Responsibilities:
- Support onshore partners to meet objectives and ensure compliance and timely delivery.
- Assist implementation managers with client contracts, renewals, and amendments.
- Ensure monthly FINRA correspondence is received and submitted for approval.
- Facilitate production of plan and participant communications for clients.
- Coordinate periodic plan reviews for existing clients.
- Support ongoing business governance activities with product managers.
- Assist client advisors in prospecting and support activities.
- Oversee reviews and completion of plan and participant communications.
- Submit completed RFPs through the internal approval system.
- Manage and maintain internal databases, systems, and applications for sales cycle transitions.
- Assist with CRM maintenance, reporting, and special project requests.
Required qualifications, capabilities and skills:
- Hold an MBA (Finance) or CFA with relevant industry experience of at least 4 years,
- Understand investment philosophies and asset classes.
- Demonstrate strong quantitative and data analytic skills.
- Proficient in Adobe Professional and MS Office suite.
- Experience with CRM platforms and data mining tools (Salesforce, Python, SQL, BO).
- Understand asset management business and industry nuances.
- Exhibit attention to detail and proactive problem-solving abilities.
- Manage multiple tasks and competing priorities effectively.
- Adapt quickly to changing business scenarios and applications.
- Commit to accuracy and high-quality deliverables.
- Display strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Preferred qualifications, capabilities and skills :
- Experience with Salesforce and data mining tools.
- Ability to build relationships across global teams.
- Strong planning, prioritization, and time management skills.
