Job Description We are seeking an organized, detail-oriented, and customer-focused Implementation Consultant to support the onboarding and configuration of our Payroll, HR, and Time & Labor platform. This role is responsible for delivering a seamless implementation experience, working closely with clients to configure the system, validate data, and ensure a successful go-live. The ideal candidate is proactive, analytical, and capable of managing multiple projects while providing excellent client service.
✅ Responsibilities
Lead full-cycle implementations from kickoff through go-live Partner with clients to understand their business needs and configure solutions Review and validate client data (historical payroll, employee and company data) Analyze payroll documentation (tax forms, payroll registers, deductions, etc.) Enter and manage YTD and prior payroll data in the system Support clients through their first payroll cycles Test configurations and ensure system accuracy before launch Act as a client advocate and resolve implementation issues Transition clients to the Payroll team after go-live Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth delivery
🧠 Qualifications & Experience
1–2 years of experience in Payroll (required) Experience managing multiple clients and projects simultaneously Previous client-facing or administrative experience Strong understanding of payroll processes and documentation
