This role:
We are looking for an innovative trainer to design training programs for the Accounting & Payroll team. The trainer is responsible for ensuring new employees receive onboarding training to prepare them for their role.
Organizational skills and a positive attitude are essential qualities that you have to possess.
The goal is to promote efficiency and competitive advantage by developing the skills of our talents.
Responsibilities:
- Develop, implement, and manage a training program to ensure that books handled by Accounting Advisors meet required specifications for accuracy, completeness, and tax compliance.
- Evaluate employee performance to gauge where skills are lacking.
- Create training programs to address skill gaps in employees.
- Prepare learning materials for programs.
- Develop onboarding programs for new employees.
- Conduct surveys to gauge the effectiveness of programs.
- Research new teaching methods.
- Proactively initiate collaborations with leads to determine training needs and schedule training sessions.
What we want you to bring:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field required
- Prior experience as a trainer or a similar position.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to identify gaps in skills.
- Knowledge of various teaching methods and approaches.
- Excellent organizational skills
