Employment type: Full-time

About Teton

Teton is building the autonomous operating system for care. Our technology gives senior living and care teams greater visibility into resident wellbeing, movement, sleep, and care delivery, helping them respond faster, work more efficiently, and provide more personalized care.

We are growing quickly across the United States and are looking for a US Marketing Lead to own our regional marketing strategy and execution.

The Role

The US Marketing Lead will be the territory owner for Teton’s growth and brand presence in the United States.

You will translate Teton’s global positioning and company priorities into a focused US marketing plan that creates demand, strengthens our reputation, and helps the sales team win. This is a hands-on role for someone who can set the regional strategy, build campaigns, produce sales materials, support events, coordinate PR, and measure what is working.

You will work closely with US Sales, Customer Success, Product Marketing, Events, Growth, and external partners. You will report to the VP of Marketing and serve as the primary marketing partner for the US commercial team.

What You’ll OwnUS Marketing Strategy
  • Develop and execute the US marketing plan in alignment with company revenue goals and global marketing priorities.

  • Identify the audiences, markets, partnerships, and channels most likely to drive growth.

  • Adapt Teton’s global campaigns and positioning for the US senior living and care market.

  • Maintain a clear regional campaign calendar, budget, and set of priorities.

  • Bring insights from customers, prospects, competitors, and the market back into the broader marketing organization.

Demand Generation and Campaigns
  • Partner with Growth Lead to build and run integrated campaigns across email, paid media, content, webinars, events, partnerships, and other relevant channels.

  • Create campaigns around Teton’s most important customer problems and product capabilities.

  • Own regional email strategy, segmentation, nurture programs, and campaign follow-up.

  • Work with Growth to improve lead generation, conversion, and account engagement.

  • Develop targeted programs for priority accounts, operator groups, and strategic market segments.

  • Ensure leads are properly captured, routed, followed up on, and measured in HubSpot.

Sales Enablement
  • Serve as the primary marketing partner to the US sales organization.

  • Develop and maintain US-specific sales decks, case studies, one-pagers, proposals, follow-up materials, and campaign assets.

  • Translate product capabilities into clear operational and commercial value for senior living operators.

  • Equip sales with the proof points, customer stories, and market insights needed to move opportunities forward.

  • Support account-based campaigns for strategic prospects and active opportunities.

  • Gather regular feedback from Sales and Customer Success to identify gaps in messaging, content, and enablement.

Events, Webinars, and Partnerships
  • Partner with the Events lead to determine which US conferences, webinars, executive gatherings, and field programs deserve investment.

  • Build pre-event, on-site, and post-event campaigns that generate meetings and measurable pipeline.

  • Support speaker submissions, presentations, sponsorships, customer participation, and event messaging.

  • Develop regional partnerships with associations, media organizations, technology partners, and other industry stakeholders.

  • Ensure events are connected to broader campaigns rather than treated as standalone activities.

Content, Customer Stories, and PR
  • Identify strong US customer stories and work with Customer Success to turn them into case studies, testimonials, videos, and campaign assets.

  • Develop content that reflects the priorities and language of US senior living operators.

  • Work with internal subject-matter experts to produce thought leadership, educational content, reports, and webinars.

  • Coordinate with Teton’s PR partners on announcements, contributed articles, awards, speaking opportunities, and media relationships.

  • Help establish Teton and its leadership as credible voices in the US senior living market.

Product Positioning and Market Intelligence
  • Localize global product positioning for US audiences while maintaining consistency with Teton’s overall narrative.

  • Develop messaging for different US customer segments, buyer roles, and stages of the sales process.

  • Monitor competitors, category trends, customer needs, and changes in the senior living market.

  • Partner with Product Marketing and Product to support launches and communicate new capabilities effectively.

  • Ensure US market feedback is reflected in future campaigns, content, and product messaging.

Measurement and Reporting
  • Define regional goals and report on campaign performance, lead generation, pipeline contribution, event results, and channel effectiveness.

  • Maintain clear dashboards and regular updates for Marketing and US commercial leadership.

  • Use performance data to improve targeting, messaging, campaign investment, and sales follow-up.

  • Establish a consistent process for evaluating what is working, what is not, and where the team should focus next.

What Success Looks Like

In your first year, you will have:

  • Established a clear and credible US marketing strategy tied to Teton’s commercial goals.

  • Built a consistent campaign engine that generates qualified demand and supports pipeline growth.

  • Improved the quality and consistency of US sales enablement.

  • Created a repeatable approach to US events, webinars, partnerships, and account-based programs.

  • Expanded Teton’s library of US customer proof points and case studies.

  • Increased Teton’s visibility and credibility with senior living operators and industry stakeholders.

  • Created transparent reporting that shows how US marketing contributes to revenue.

What We’re Looking For
  • 7+ years of B2B marketing experience, ideally in healthcare technology, senior living, or enterprise software industry.

  • Experience owning a regional, vertical, or business-unit marketing strategy.

  • A track record of building integrated campaigns that contribute to pipeline and revenue.

  • Strong sales enablement experience and the ability to work closely with enterprise sales teams.

  • Experience with events, content, email marketing, webinars, account-based marketing, and demand generation.

  • Excellent writing, editing, messaging, and presentation skills.

  • Strong project-management skills and the ability to move between strategy and hands-on execution.

  • Comfort working in a fast-growing company where priorities can change and processes are still being built.

  • Strong analytical judgment and experience using marketing and CRM data to make decisions.

  • Familiarity with HubSpot, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, and related marketing tools is preferred.

  • Knowledge of the US senior living or healthcare market is highly valuable.

The Person We Think Will Thrive

You are a strong generalist who knows how to turn company goals into focused regional execution. You can write a campaign brief, improve a sales deck, develop an event plan, interview a customer, analyze lead performance, and present a clear recommendation to leadership.

You are commercially minded, comfortable working directly with sales, and focused on producing work that helps the company grow. You bring structure without creating unnecessary process, and you know how to balance brand building with near-term pipeline needs.
